Advantages of flat cables

1. The flat Cable design is simple, the core wires are arranged parallel and intuitive, the inspection, tracking and positioning lines are simplified, and wiring errors are eliminated. Flat tps cable are also easy to fold and bend. Moreover, since the distance between the insulating cores is fixed, the geometry of the cable is constant, and the electrical characteristics such as resistance, capacitance, inductance, time delay, crosstalk, and attenuation are consistent.

2. The conductive core of the tps cable adopts a soft structure to ensure that the cable has good flexibility. The insulating and protective layer materials are made of oil-resistant mixture, which improves the softness and anti-corrosion and cold-resistant properties of the cable, and is easy to lay and install.

3. Compared with round cables, flat cables have the advantages of saving installation space and cost, and with the same number of core wires, their bending radius is smaller than that of round cables.
